St.Paul’s convent at Jellipara in Attappady is one of the branch institutions of CSM congregation established in 1963 .The pioneers of this mission station have undergone relentless trials and tribulations to survive in the initial stages since this place is located in a hilly forest area with few migrated families. Sisters working mainly concentrating on small children below the age of 5 through play school, Lower Kindergarten and Upper Kindergarten . Jellippara village in Atappady is a mission area for the Congregation of Sisters of St.Martha (CSM) considering the need for interventions among tribal flock and the amount of exploitations and ignorance they are into.
